- Being Rested- Sleep! It makes creating, parenting and loving so much easier.
- Being Spiritual- Saying a prayer, being kind, clearing my mind
- Drinking Caffeine Only on the Weekends-This is so hard for me... I love coffee!
- Hugging my Children as many times a day as they will allow me.
- Knowing When to Take a Nap- It's a great way to start the day over.
- Remembering Exercise is a great way to transition from Artist to Mom (among other countless benefits)
- Being an Artist- Preserving and protecting that time everyday
- Being a Mother & Wife- Preserving and protecting that time everyday
- Eating Well- Fruit all morning, a hearty salad for lunch and a fiber rich dinner... Yum!
These 10 things leave me with a happy heart and wonderful life. And when things aren't going too well, they make the best of the worst which is far better than the worst of the worst!
