If you haven't been down to the Mary Lou Zeek Gallery to see the 100 Artists Show it's not too late. "Nourish & Sustain" runs February 1st through the 27th and benefits the Oregon Food Bank.I look forward to participating in this show every year. With it's quirky entry requirements, energized artists reception and is unconventional artists breaking out of their far-out boundaries, it is a show you won't want to miss.
This year each artist was mailed a tin can to integrated into their artwork. I flattened my can, cut it into strips and attached it to my painting to create a frame. Ben & Kate Gatski used their can for the body of a bee and Alison O'Donoghue painted directly onto her intact can. So brighten your day, support the Oregon Food Bank, and
be prepared to smile as you take a walk on the "wild side" at the Mary Lou Zeek Gallery! To preview the artwork online click here. Alison O'Donoghue (Left)
